New Video Series + Studio Updates

Hello friends! I’m excited to share something new with you. Alongside my artwork, I’ve started recording a new video series where I talk about my process, the experiments happening in the studio, and some of the random thoughts that come up while I’m working.

Introducing the Videos

The idea behind this series is simple: give you a peek into the parts of my creative life that usually stay behind the scenes. I’ll be sharing more about my encaustic ink transfer process, but also about the curiosity, problem-solving, and discoveries that happen along the way.

What to Expect

Each video will be casual, short, and focused on:

  • My studio practice and encaustic painting process

  • Experiments with materials and found objects

  • Random studio thoughts and creative inspiration

  • The ups (and downs) of being a working artist

Studio Updates

Outside of the videos, I’m also busy with a few other things:

  • New paintings in progress, including more from my guitar and architectural series. A smaller guitar and instrument series named “Honeytone” is in the works while I’m also diving into some Knoxville architecture. Honeytone paintings will be at both The District Gallery and The Copper Fox gallery. I also have a new little series of architecture in Kore Gallery, in Louisville, KY.

  • Ongoing work on the Mystery Art League project (lots of fun developments coming soon!)

  • And of course, I’ll share little glimpses of my day-to-day studio life here as well. Make sure you follow my Youtube, IG, and FB for all the updates.

Wrapping Up

Thanks for following along—I really appreciate you being here. I hope you’ll check out the new video and leave a comment to let me know what you think. Your feedback and questions always help shape where things go next.

Until next time,

Randy
