Hello agin!!
Sorry, but I know It’s been a while since my last blog post. Been busy:) Behind the scenes I’ve had my website overhauled and have added bee prints to my shop. For now I just offer my bee paintings as prints but will include other images soon. Let me know if you’d like any other print options.

New blog structure.
With the new website, I want to start writing my blog and newsletter in a more consistent manner. Meaning I will structure my content so it’s easier for you to read and the subject of my content will be specific to things important to me and my studio practice.
- One of the first things I’d share is something about my current painting or project. I do post images of works in progress on my social media but I rarely write much about the work other than a quick sentence. It might be fun to dive into my reasoning for that particular piece and maybe something about my struggles or lessons learned while creating that piece.
- If I’m not mistaken, I have several creatives following my journey. Because of this, a second element of what I share will be educational. This would be tips or comments about a part of my process and how or why I do things a specific way, or maybe something about the materials I use and why I use them in a specific way. This will be a good way for me to rethink my medium myself and not take for granted the growth of my process.
- One last area of my blog will be things I’ve learned. I read a lot of helpful books and follow so many great content creators and would love to share some tips I feel are valuable to what I do and I feel can make us all better. This will be a way for me to give credit to those that I’ve learned from too.
I’ll be back soon!
I’m keeping this one short and sweet. But, I do have a more exciting things to share. Thanks for following my journey! RLP
